A Sanatana-inspired practice—returning to stillness through breath, awareness, movement, and sound. Beyond postures, into presence.

Each session weaves yoga flow, pranayama, meditation, and sound activation or deep relaxation.

Sundays, Tuesdays & Fridays — 8:30am
Private space, 3 mins from the sea
(Tuesdays are women-only)
