🌟 CONSCIOUS DANCE CELEBRATION 🌟

The Zen Garden invites you to a sacred evening of ceremony and dance.

Featuring:

💙 Neuro Mechanics warm up by Huu

💙 Ecstatic Dance DJ set by Rowan & Live fusion with didgeridoo and soundscapes by Huu

💙 Sacred Singing circle with Sameh Aly

We begin with a Neuromechanics warm up. Unlock your body's true potential and self expression with this gentle blend of neuroscience and biomechanics. Simple guided movements for better posture, flexibility, fascia release, energy flow and heart opening  ♥️🙌 no experience needed!

We will then move into an Ecstatic Dance, with a DJ set from Rowan, weaving different genres, rhythms and waves of energies, to take you on a journey of music and dance.

The evening will close with a Sacred Singing circle and music healing journey with Sameh Aly. Immerse Yourself in Sacred Medicine Songs,
lay down, unwind, and let the gentle vibrations of music wash over you.

This is a Conscious space:
