Description
As a trained and practicing bodyworker for the past 10 years, I feel blessed to be able to work with these amazing vessels we move around in.
I offer a healing holistic massage combining Reiki, Indian Champissage and Deep Tissue, to access connective tissues for a myofascial release, while melting held stress and anxieties. Which will leave your body, mind and spirit feeling rested and recalibrated.

Nidra is known as 'Yogic Sleep' which helps to access the Unconscious mind and Theta brainwaves through a creative guided visualisation journey around the body, which help move through life blocks and gain deeper insights on stuck issues..

For someone with a lot of tension and pain in my body I was fascinated by Mary’s wisdom of the correct points and meridian lines. Highly recommend! I will be going once a week when I am back in Dahab 🥰

She knows what she is doing, massages the blocked areas and helps in releasing a-lot of tense from the body. The touch is both firm but not painful, relaxing, exactly as my body needed. Highly recommend and will always do it again and again.

I have experienced professional massages but nothing like this one. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who’s willing to go deeper and I would definitely do it again and again every time I’m in Dahab.

The pressure was just right – firm enough to be effective. After the massage, I felt a significant reduction in muscle tension and pain.
