Description
Water therapy allows you to relax, reconnect with your body and mind and let go of everything around you.. strengthening your connection to inner guidance, trust, and opening your heart.
Throughout the life we build tensions in the body due to repressed and blocked emotions, creating heaviness and pain within the body, weighing down our minds and restricting our life force energy. These blocked emotions can stem from childhood trauma, major accidents, relationships ending or the feeling of carrying the responsibility of friends and family on one's shoulders. Whatever you are carrying with you, after a water therapy session you will realise how much it was weighing you down and the beauty of feeling your own lightness of being.
Being held by water and massaged in this element allows us to revisit the environment of the womb. Within this state one can release blockages in the body which releases emotions in the mind through the mind-body connection that is always within us. The water supports us, allowing for a deeper state of relaxation than can ever be achieved on the ground.
During the journey one can expect to fly, to feel out of body, to journey into oneself. To laugh, to cry, to release, to smile. Once slowly coming back to the body one feels lighter than they have ever felt before, free from tensions of body and mind, in connection with their authentic child like self.
My practice incorporates elements of waterdance, WATSU and somatic body mind connection, using elements of shiatsu to release energetic blockages. We will journey both on and below the surface with a nose clip, dependent upon your comfortability.
This practice is a strong treatment for depression, anxiety, insomnia, water trauma/phobia, muscle tensions, body pains, and also is beautiful to receive whilst pregnant.

November 25, 2024 at 18:23I recently had the privilege of experiencing a Watsu session with Molly, and it was truly a special experience. From the moment the session began, I could feel Molly’s deep love for both people and the water. She created such a safe and nurturing space, which allowed me to fully relax and be present during the session.
Molly’s gentleness was so instinctively knowing how to support me through each moment. She carefully set all the elements necessary for a beautiful session, allowing to absorb and reflect on the emotions and insights that arose.
As the session came to a close, I felt an overwhelming sense of love and brightness. I was deeply moved by her care, especially when she guided me gently out of the water, knowing how vulnerable I felt at that moment. I left the session feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply grateful for Molly’s presence, love, and wisdom.

November 24, 2024 at 21:53As a water therapist myself, it was so wonderful to be able to receive (instead of give) this underwater journey! Molly is a kind-hearted gentle soul with whom I felt completely safe. She accompanied me in the most delicate way so my experience was great! Definitely recommend ✨
