Description

It uses slow, firm strokes and direct pressure to target specific areas of pain or stiffness, promoting healing and improving mobility. This 90 minute full body deep tissue massage leaves you feeling relieved and deeply cared for.
Emotional release and accessing deeper layers of the subconscious emotional world is possible and very welcome. I offer a safe non judgemental container for you to process and release whatever may come up during this therapeutic massage.

The combination of the knowledge and technique that Nienke applies, but certainly also her intuition when it comes to what my body needed, made this massage special. Nienke performs the massage with her full attention. I felt that I was in good and safe hands, and it was easy to surrender to her skilled hands and to relax. The setting, lying in her Arisha in her beautiful garden, with soft music playing in the background, contributed to a very pleasant and valuable experience. It was deeply relaxing while also helping my body release some of the tensions and heaviness that its been holding for a while. Her approach is sensitive yet firm, allowing for a nice balance. I felt so relaxed at the end, but also tired and a bit dizzy because of the energy that was released. I slept deeply that night and felt energised and at ease the following day. I was worried about being very achy the following day but I was fine. The space she holds is so peaceful and relaxing in a beautiful spacious garden with lots of sweet cats around (you may be lucky to receive some love from one of the kitties!). I highly recommend Nienke.

She has one of the most beautiful and big gardens in Dahab and the massage takes place in her Arisha in the garden so you feel the elements of nature around you in a peaceful setting. It’s also a lovely way to come back around afterwards with all the plants around. I’ll be going back:-)

It was deep experience to my body
It is very deep and creat softness and tenderness to my heart.
I had a chance to connect to my body and be with it.
In the middle of the session I felt like I got out of the space can’t move my body and dizzy. There was certain points in my body felt so painful and with the massage it showed and went away, which is made me wants to sleep. I believe I ll sleep very deep tonight.
