My name is Elena Petrushina. I am a specialist in science-based relaxation and self-regulation methods, qualified educational psychologist and experienced freedivining instructor.
I offer private counselling sessions where I teach self-regulation methods. My clients usually come with issues such as:
- chronic pain
- anxiety or inability to relax
- sleep problems
- having to manage prolonged stress or consequences of trauma
- phobias
Sometimes I get particular requests, for example, rehabilitation of facial muscles or wanting to train self-regulatory behaviours during stress due to one’s profession.

One of my specialities is treating aquaphobia. Combining private swimming classes with therapy and self-regulation training, I teach people with fear of water to swim.
