Women’s PADI Freediver Course — 10–12 June 🐬💙
A gentle, supportive space for women to explore freediving in a creative, intuitive, and pressure-free way.
The cost is €320, including all equipment hire and your PADI certification.
Approximate Schedule:
Wednesday 17th June (2.30pm – 5.30pm)
A soft introduction through relaxation, breathwork, meditation, and equalisation techniques
Thursday 18th June (10am – 6.30pm)

By the end of the weekend, many women find themselves comfortably diving to around 12m+ and holding breath for 1 minute 30 seconds or more—but there is absolutely no expectation to reach any specific depth or time.
This course is about reconnecting with your body, your breath, and your inner rhythm. We move gently, without pressure or comparison, allowing your experience to unfold naturally. Freediving becomes a meditative, almost therapeutic space—an opportunity to turn inward and listen deeply.
You’ll also gain the safety knowledge needed to continue practicing with a buddy, building confidence in your own time and in your own way.
As equalisation can sometimes be a challenge, I recommend gently steaming your airways with mint or eucalyptus in hot water before we begin, just as a supportive precaution 💙
