We’ll be leaving the coast behind to explore the valley around St. Catherine’s village. A beautiful route that winds through mountain gardens and hidden waterfalls toward the old monastery.

• 07:00 | Depart from Dahab.

• Breakfast in the village, followed by a walk through the valleys.

• Dinner. We’re skipping the usual restaurants for a proper, home-cooked dinner —authentic, filling, and made with soul.

• 20:00 | Arrival back in Dahab.
