Women’s Health Yoga includes exercises to balance the hormonal system, strengthen the core, and work with the intimate muscles and abdomen. These gentle exercises are specially adapted for women and include dynamic and static asanas, dance and breathing exercises, meditations, and practices for stress relief, enhancing femininity, attractiveness, flexibility, beauty, and youthfulness.
Hormonal yoga is suitable for women of all ages.
At the end of the practice, a short sound healing session is included to align the nervous system and release tension.
