Shiatsu and Tuina - Massage from Traditional Chines Medicine

I’m Francesco — APOS certified Shiatsu & Tuina practitioner, and registered operator under Italian Law

I completed a four-year professional training in Italy with more than 1,000 hours of study, supervised practice, and clinical development.

I work within clear standards of ethics, competence, and continuous learning.

My practice is rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine and guided by presence and deep listening.

Shiatsu, a recognized therapeutic method, uses rhythmic and mindful pressure along the meridians — the energetic pathways of the body.
It encourages the circulation of Qi, softens tension, and fosters inner balance and relaxation.

Tuina, one of the oldest manual therapies in Chinese medicine and taught in medical universities, integrates acupressure, joint mobilization, stretching, and deep tissue techniques.
Its aim is to regulate energy, release blockages, and restore the body’s natural structural and energetic harmony.

With my certified background, I weave together:

• Shiatsu’s gentle yet precise pressure to harmonize energy
• Tuina’s more invigorating techniques to awaken vitality and free tension
