Fire Within Flow

Fire Within Flow is an intimate space for sisterhood, empowerment, and self-expression, reviving sensuality and flow through dance journeys and embodied movement.

The sessions are designed for women to awaken their inner flame, intuition, vitality, and creative power through the wisdom and power of the womb.

Blending belly dance, tribal fusion, and other rhythms, you will learn techniques that elevate your dance at any time, while trusting the wisdom of your body to lead the way and exploring your inner world.
