Our Deep Tissue Massage treatments are offered by various therapists, although each working from their own unique style, all stem from training in Deep Tissue.

Deep tissue massage is a therapeutic massage that uses slow, firm strokes to target the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to release chronic tension and knots.

It differs from a lighter Swedish massage in its focused, intense pressure aimed at breaking down adhesions that cause pain and limited movement, and it is often used to treat issues like back pain, stiff necks, and sports injuries. While intense, the pressure should not be excruciating; you should communicate with the therapist if it becomes too painful.

Deep Tissue Massages are offered as 75 mins & 90 mins sessions and can be combined with Reiki, Sound Healing or Voice Activation.
