☥ Quantum – Craniosacral - Balance INTRODUCTION Workshop ☥

I'm offering a special workshop about Quantum Craniosacral Balance, to dive into your  "Selfhealing Power".
I'm Anja, Craniosacral - Therapist and Medical Massage Therapist, since 2010, from Germany.
You will learn to feel the Craniosacral-rhythm and gentle, hands-on techniques to calm the nervous system and activate the Selfhealing-System. Most of it is just practical experience on your own body and exchange with the others. We will explore new sensations in our body. Fully dressed. This has nothing to do with massage.
It's a mixed workshop for woman and man.

The Group price ia min. for 2 people, otherwise it's a privat Session price.

Craniosacral work is often chosen as gentle support after accidents, operations, birth or times of emotional stress.
Your healing is in your own hands. All you need are just a few skills.
This workshop is for relaxation and learning. It does not replace medical advice or treatment.
