Through the merging of water practices  (freediving, water dance, and aquatic therapy) and sacred sound (sound healing, voice activation, singing workshops, and musical jamming), we will journey back to self.

We  we will float by day, softening into the embrace of the sea, and by night we will sing beneath vast, star-speckled skies, held between the depths of the ocean and the infinite expanse above.

Guided by the gentle medicine of Blue Lotus and Cacao, we will open our voices, awaken our creativity, and reconnect to the truth within. Supported by the softness and presence of sisterhood, we will rest, share, and remember ourselves through authentic connection.

There is the possibility of swimming beneath the moonlight with the magical glow of summertime bioluminescent plankton and if we are lucky. perhaps a chance encounter with the dolphins or turtles that occasionally visit these shores during this season.
