Description

 

Body work, the words speak for itself. In my classes we work with our body for the body, using Yoga, Pilates and Osteopathy exercises. As an experienced Yoga and Pilates therapist I emphasise on postural alignment and safe working using your own body and bodyweight to regain stetch and to strengthen the areas you wish to focus on. For some, it may be experienced as traditional gymnastic warm-up exercises, others may see it more as dynamic yoga with a hint of Pilates movements. My classes are improvised on the needs of my students
