Yoga Nidra -" A Journey Back to Your Heart "-  is a beautiful way to drop into deep relaxation, while stilling conscious, but getting to a deep rest state.

Join our Yoga Nidra class and surrender into relaxation and gain hours back of sleep.

Pause, slow down, and reconnect with yourself.
We’ll begin with gentle stretching and simple yoga postures to open the body and prepare for deep rest. Then you’ll settle into stillness and be guided through Yoga Nidra, a meditative journey of breath, body sensing, and visualization that quiets the mind and brings you back to your heart.

This class is for anyone wanting to step out of busyness and simply be. No yoga experience needed. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a light scarf to cover your eyes.

At the end, you’ll draw a card — a gentle message to take with you.
Leave feeling grounded, open, and deeply connected.

Yoga nidra, or "yogic sleep," is a guided meditation practice that leads to a state of deep relaxation between wakefulness and sleep, while maintaining conscious awareness. While lying down, you are led through a series of exercises like body scans, breath awareness, and visualizations, which can help relieve stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and promote mental and physical restoration. The goal is not to fall asleep, but to achieve a state of profound rest where the body and mind can release tension.
