Vinyasa flow style or Yang yoga helps create heat in the body, which improves stability and mobility while strengthening and lengthening the body through mostly standing postures.
Then we wind class down with 35 min of cooling calming floor based Yin poses, where we hold the poses between 3 to 5 minutes to access the fascia and connective tissue. This is deeply relaxing as we change tempo from the masculine flow down to the feminine slower poses, which creates balance and harmony in the body,. mind and spirit.
Accompanied by an EPIC playlist to flow to!
Beginners are very welcome.
