Allow the hypnotic vibrations to bring you into a deep state of relaxation where you can tap into the infinite field of possibilities to remember your loving essence & creative power.
The journey will consist of vocals & light language that take your consciousness higher, & 24" full moon planetary gong, shruti box, drum, rattles, bells, kochi chimes, & harmonica that create deep grounding, creating a balance where you are able to rest in your heart.
The session will begin with an orientation and exploration of intentions (if 1:1). We will then move into an opening prayer, light breath work guided meditation, 1 hr of sound, 10 minute silent integration.
