This practice involves opening all joints through partner exercises, massages and conscious breathing, allowing us to gently and deeply work the entire body. This method helps us to release chronic stress, tension, and anatomical misalignments, while improving mobility, flexibility, and strength.
Time: March 30-31 (Mon, Tue)
4pm - 6pm
You can come with a friend/partner, or on your own.
Clothing advice: Covered arms and legs if possible. We try to avoid direct skin-to-skin contact. If you do wear revealing clothing, please bring a light scarf to cover exposed areas of your body when it's needed.
Price: one thousand per person for two days. Couples with a shared budget receive a 15% discount.
