I offer a unique form of movement and posture optimization that is designed to reduce internal friction and resistance and supports full optimal physiological function.
The work is based on simple to learn principles and physiological hacks on how to best use the mind and awareness to govern the body most optimally and get the most out of life. This allows to directly and effectively re-program habitual patterns for good to get closer and closer to peak optimal function and vitality.

How does this work?
- we set an initial appointment to analyze your current movement patterns and posture and define what your goals for the sessions are (see list above)
- I guide you through several exercises designed to improve your body awareness and at the same time teach your body the necessary coordinational patterns to function at higher efficiency or balance out habitual or trauma patterns
- you practice what I showed you on your own and start to apply it in the suggested form of integrating it in your training or life
- we re-assess your status, refine and adjust as needed based on your experiences and the response of your body.

Please note that these sessions are not to be considered hands on therapy where massage or similar techniques are being used. They are more in coaching style and require your personal involvement and willingness to adjust your movement beyond the sessions in your own practice and daily life!

About your coach:
Egwin is for more than 35 years in movement and consciousness development. He has a vast background in sports (rock climbing, skiing, swimming, martial arts, surfing, aerial acrobatics) somatic disciplines like Alexander Technique and Feldenkreis as well as Qigong, Taiji Quan, Bagua, Yoga and Aerial Yoga and several kinds of meditation. He also studied western and traditional Chinese medicine and has an additional background in bodycentered psychotherapy and complementary holistic healing practices.
He is the founder of Beyond Systems a system free approach to natural movement and consciousness development.
In the past he worked with corporations in Europe in health programs and burnout prevention, offered advanced trainings for physiotherapists, worked in increasing athletic performance and rehabilitation with athletes and offered his own holistic training programs for individuals and non-corporate groups if interested people from all walks of life.

Nowadays his man focus is in teaching fundamental principles to increase movement efficiency, support posture and optimize general vitality and well-being in all areas, physically, emotional, mental and conscious alike.
