1 hour class for ladies at Nour wellbeing
Fridays at 9:00 am
Who has a pelvic floor- well, everybody in fact, but this class will highlight problems that women face that can improve with exercise. It is especially beneficial for those who are postpartum. Doesn’t sound like you? Anyone who has ever been pregnant, even if it was 30 years ago, counts. Even people who have never been pregnant will benefit from the exercises done in this class.
This class aims to reconnect you to the many muscles that make up your pelvic floor and core and get them moving as a trained and well maintained unit. Way beyond kegels, we will use that unit to add strength to the primal movements you need to be doing daily. Who wants a six pack when you can learn to sneeze without peeing, minimise pelvic discomfort, protect your low back, and have regular bowel movements?
