These ayurvedic originated massages allow the nervous system to reset, and heal! The foot massage, although not reflexology, hones in on the same pressure points in the feet, which are related to organs and other areas of the body. The full body massage is given over clothing and concentrates on areas of nerves, or where groups of nerves meet. A block booking of 10-15 of either or a combination of the 2 massages, is said to fully restore the entire nervous system.
