Art is the essential expression tool for this process. Visualization is the key to an aware subconscious mind. Together we will reflect on what's been hiding and hindering you from moving toward what you are actually trying to reach or be.

You will be provided the space and tools to express, reflect and connect he dots. You will also learn how to start in practical and realistic steps to make your desired present and near future possible.
