Classical Hatha Yoga with Nayaan

We invite you to immerse in the traditional sciences of Hatha yoga with Nayaan, a human being who happens to be a yogi, a fashion model and many other things but his primary mission is to transmit the knowledge of Classical Hatha Yoga in its purest and most original form as he received it from his teacher, Sadhguru.

This retreat is open for everyone, no previous yoga practice is required, no age limit, no gender bias.

Be ready for a transformative experience where the retreat won't be just about doing yogic postures (asanas) but it will include informative sessions on the yogic lifestyle, breath work, guided meditation, a day of silence and a hiking trip in the midst of the surrounding valleys of Nuwieba.
