The combination of Tibetan bowls and didgeridoo creates powerful frequencies that help slow down the mind and bring you into a deep meditative state, without effort.
The grounding, primal sound of the didgeridoo works deeply on the body, while the bowls open a more subtle and expansive space.
Together with shamanic energy work and Reiki, this session supports the release of tension, emotional heaviness, and accumulated stress, allowing your system to reset and rebalance.
