I’m offering a special workshop about Quantum Craniosacral Healing to dive into your Selfhealing Power. This course is for Self Treatment. You will learn a view techniques to calm your own nervous system, headache, backpain. etc.

I’m Anja, Craniosacral - Therapist and Medical Massage Therapist, since 2010, from Germany.

You will learn to feel the Craniosacral-rhythm and gentle, hands-on techniques to calm the nervous system and activate the Selfhealing System. Most of it is just practical experience on your own body and exchange with the others. We will explore new sensations in our body. Fully dressed. This has nothing to do with massage.

This is a mixed workshop for woman and man, no kids in this workshop.
