Respect for the sacred Hapè and for everyone taking part is essential, as this shared space relies on presence, integrity, and care.
✨ To support a safe and meaningful experience, it is strongly recommended to refrain from alcohol and drugs for at least 4 hours before the ceremony. Please arrive in a psychologically and emotionally stable state, free from substances or intense emotional distress, as these can make the experience overwhelming or difficult.
✨ For your comfort during the ceremony, it is also recommended to come with a nourished body (not on an empty stomach) and to bring a bottle of water to stay well hydrated.
