Begin by slowing down, grounding and bringing your awareness inward.

Sound & Vibrational Bodywork
Tibetan singing bowls are placed around the body and, when appropriate, gently on different areas of the body, creating a deeply immersive vibrational experience.

Reiki Energy Work
A practice of connecting with the universal loving energy that is available to us all, woven intuitively throughout the session.

Integration & Closing Meditation
A gentle closing practice to integrate the experience and return to your day feeling grounded and at ease.
