This workshop have different opinions and variates for the collection of the classes:

3 classes per week for 5 weeks (intensive)

4 classes per month

8 classes per month

Drop in is welcomed 📍🌸

🪔one to one sessions

And there's an option for groups who wants one session because they are just traveling 💃🏽

This class for me is channeling for my on going journey with Baladi Dance (belly dance)

🍃main points focused :

🌹The four critical points for dance posture are the shoulders and the hips and how this can effect your movement in your daily life .

🌸 Sharing the culture (sounds , movement & feelings ) through bringing women circle together

🐎awaken and reclaim the power that exist under your spine

🪔realese what not useful to be with us anymore (shake it out)

🍍 gaining flexibility, mobility & health in mind , heart , body

      This was a really nice dance practice—with lots of attention to our bodies, warm easy-going atmosphere, and interesting patterns which were new for me (but which I enjoyed!). Rawyah is really good with movement and she lets you express yourself in your own dance.
