Welcome to Friday Contact improvisation Jam at Zen Garden

We offer a space to reconnect with yourself and others through mindful movement, enhancing body awareness, communication skills, and self-expression, all in a supportive environment.

This is a safe container to express through movement and connect through touch.

Contact improvisation is a playful dance form in which points of physical contact provide the starting point for movement and exploration. Jams usually takes place with background music so that dancers can define their own pace.

Please wear comfortable clothes: pants and T-shirt or a no-buttons long-sleeve shirt. Something that is comfortable to move in. No jewelry, no skirts, no half-naked body.
