✨Breathwork Meditation Journey✨

A Space to allow your self to drop in.

If you are over thinking and feel tense or stressed, join us to drop all tensions. Connect to your inner power through your breathing.

We will go through 4 types of breathwork during 40 minutes. Beginning with clearing our intentions for the practise, and closing with vocal sound healing, integration and feedback.

Set an intention and come to expand and shift.

🌸 I work as a Counselor and Emotional Intelligence Specialist. I help individuals connect deeply with themselves, release emotional blockages through body–mind practices and healing tools.
